Succulent Sausages

Everyone loves sausages, so shake things up with our meat free sizzlers! For breakfast, lunch, dinner or even on the BBQ, you’re on to a winner here. Try our sausages in an epic tray bake or a toad in the hole that will satisfy the most seasoned of carnivores. Or, simply fry up for a classic cooked breakfast or sizzling sandwich.

Cooking guidelines

Just fry them up in a pan with a tablespoon of oil for 8-10 minutes turning regularly (just like regular sausages). Once they are gloriously golden brown… dish ‘em up. Or if frying them doesn’t tickle your fancy, you can pop them into a pre-heated oven on 190oC/375oF/Gas Mark 5 for 15-18 turning occasionally until golden brown.

For maximum glory, cook on the hob from frozen. Whether hob or oven turn your sausages regularly, so they're golden brown and piping hot. Appliances may vary.

Oven cook - From Frozen
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Place on a non-stick tray and cook for 18-20 minutes.

Shallow Fry - From Frozen
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and sizzle on a medium heat for 16-18 minutes.
