Cooking guidelines

Pre heat your oven at 180oC/350oF/Gas Mark 4 and cook for 15 minutes turning occasionally until they’re browned (just like regular meat balls). Or, if you like them in a sauce, just fry them on a high heat with a splash of oil for 2-3 minutes. Transfer those bad boys to an oven proof dish and add a saucy of your choice and cook for 25-30 minutes at 180oC/350oF/Gas Mark 4. Serve piping hot and tuck in!
